Wedding Photographers in Cleveland, Ohio at the Cleveland Botanical Garden for an Autumn Wedding

Cristen and Michael had an absolutely gorgeous wedding at the Cleveland Botanical Garden in University Circle. It was an honor to be their wedding photographers for their remarkable day.

Cristen and Michael met online and nearly instantaneously knew that they were meant for each other! Sometimes it is the case where two people fit so well together that it only makes sense for them to be together. With Cristen and Michael, they each make the other a better person, which makes for spectacular photographs.

The day started bright and early at the Intercontinental in downtown Cleveland for getting ready photography. Cristen was getting ready with some of her closest friends and family. They had a great time with hair and make-up. Cristen was looking forward to her ceremony at St. Raphael Church and her reception at the Cleveland Botanical Garden.

While we were photographing Cristen putting on her final details, she was excited that so many people were supporting her on her wedding day and that she would soon see Michael.

After all the details were in place, everyone headed St. Raphael Church in Bay Village for the ceremony.

Both Michael and Cristen were nervous before their wedding, but not because they were nervous about marrying each other. A wedding ceremony is just a big event to be the center of attention for. However, as soon as they saw each other, the nerves melted away and they were incredibly glad to be joining their lives together.

Cristen and Michael chose some classic Cleveland spots for wedding photography. Even though it was chilly, they wanted to get as many outdoor photographs as possible. As photographers, we absolutely love it when people are willing to go all out for the best photography possible.

We did some photography at the West Bank of the Flats in Cleveland and then headed to the Progressive Stadium. Cristen and Michael wanted some of the photographs to be at a place they love and frequently visit. Then, we headed to the Cleveland Public Library. As their wedding photographers, it was such a joy to see Michael take such great care of Cristen on their wedding day. He was incredibly loving and attentive. 

Following a bit of a break, everyone met back up at the Cleveland Botanical Garden for some more photography before the reception. When Cristen and Michael walked into their reception hall at the Cleveland Botanical Garden, they were in awe of how beautifully all of their hard work for their wedding had come together. They spent a few moments together just looking around the room, marveling at how elegant everything looked.  

We took Cristen and Michael outside for some photographs in the last of the light and then headed into the rainforest greenhouse to capture the lushness of the Cleveland Botanical Garden. 

When the guests began arriving at the Cleveland Botanical Garden, Cristen and Michael were ready to rock the night away!

As usual, Bon Appetit Catering Company provided a delicious dinner. There were heartfelt toasts, lots of laughter, and tons of dancing to conclude the evening for this couple. 

Cristen and Michael - you guys were an absolute joy to work with. Your wedding day was gorgeous, the photographs are beautiful and we wish you all the best and so much more in your marriage together. It was an honor and a pleasure to serve as your wedding photographers!
