Cuyahoga Valley National Park Wedding Photographers at the Valley for an Adventurous Outdoor Wedding

Kate and Luke had a delightful national park wedding at the Ledges in Cuyahoga Valley National Park followed by a reception at Boston Township Hall in Peninsula.

Kate and Luke both got ready at Luke’s parent’s home in Medina. The guys were downstairs in the basement while the girls were on the main floor. It was super cute as Kate would stay hidden while Luke was entering or leaving the home!

Kate and Luke had their first look tucked back in Cuyahoga Valley National Park. They wanted the intimacy and privacy of a first look so that they could fully experience the emotions of their wedding day together, before being in front of a crowd of people. They were so happy to see each other, with all the jitters of the morning melting away.

We went on a lovely fall hike for formal portraits for Kate and Luke’s wedding. The fall color at the Ledges in Cuyahoga Vally National Park was peeking through. Both Kate and Luke love nature and adventure, so it was truly delightful to be able to capture that in their photographs.

Following photography, we all headed up to the top of the Ledges for the ceremony. The ceremony was simple and sweet with a beautiful backdrop of intertwined branches that Kate and Luke created for their day. Kate has an artsy eye and Luke is phenomenal at constructing things, so together they created a beautiful custom feel with their decorations.

After their ceremony, guests enjoyed apple cider, coffee and donuts while mingling and enjoying the scenery.

Kate and Luke had their reception at Boston Township Hall in Peninsula. Again, their decor showcased how much time and effort went into making their wedding day unique and special. From the twinkle lights to the cut logs for the cake tower, everything looked gorgeous.

The happy couple, friends, and family enjoyed an evening of celebration and great food!
