Rebecca and Adam had a wonderfully sunny wedding in downtown Cleveland! It was extraordinary to photography this couple and watch them unite their lives together! From friends to family to the couple, everyone had a great time.

Rebecca and Adam met during Rebecca's first semester at Ohio State. She was meeting up to hangout with a high school friend who happened to be dating one of Adam's friends from work. At first they hung-out in a group setting, seeing each other because their friends were dating and going to parties together. Before long, Adam developed a crush on Rebecca and their friends thought that they would make a great couple. Rebecca, however, needed a little more convincing.

After returning to campus for her sophomore year, Rebecca sat down with Adam and told him that they were nothing more than friends. Once the pressure from friends and family was taken off, Rebecca was able to see the true personality of Adam. She quickly changed her mind and began spending more and more time with him. A couple weeks later Adam began to question Rebecca about what they were. They decided that they were more than friends and wanted to see where things went.

The couple's first date was to a local restaurant and they sat talking and eating for over two hours. Rebecca remembers thinking to herself as she sat there how easily conversation between the two of them flowed. She enjoyed the time they began to spend together and how much Adam went out of his way for her. She fell in love with his ability to stay level headed in stressful situations, his humor, and his passion for what he did. It wasn't long before they knew how special their relationship was and how much they enjoyed having each other in their lives.

Since then Rebecca and Adam have enjoyed four years together. They watched each other graduate and supported each other as they began their career paths in Columbus. During their free time the couple enjoys working on different projects around Adam’s house, going for hikes, playing with their new puppy Hazel, and watching Ohio State football.

Rebecca and Adam’s wedding day kicked off with Rebecca getting ready with her sisters and friends at her parents home. Everyone was emotional as she put on her dress, realizing that the big day was finally here. We were especially moved by how much love Rebecca’s mother and father showed as they were helping her with the final details.

After getting ready, everyone headed to the Church of the Gesu in University Circle for the wedding. The ceremony was held in a beautifully lit church. The church set a lovely backdrop and Adam and Rebecca sparkled with joy as they committed their lives to each other.

It was a blast to photograph formal portraits at the Cleveland Museum of Art and the West Bank of the flats. Adam and Rebecca rocked it out in the heat! The sunlight off the marble at the Cleveland Museum of art gave a great feel to the photographs. It is always amazing to photograph the lines and the architecture of the art museum

The West Bank of the Flats took the photography to a different architectural feel. We loved photographing the contrast between industrial feel the flats give compared to the Cleveland Museum of Art.

After some amazing photography, everyone headed to the Crowne Plaza Cleveland at Playhouse Square for the reception. Between dancing, dinner, speeches, toasts, cake, and a cookie table, everyone had a fantastic time! The dance floor was full of friends and family celebrating with Adam and Rebecca!
